"Starwood Manor was a God send for my family. My father, who had brain cancer, was paralyzed physically and compromised mentally after his surgery, needed very special care. Kari, David and their staff treated us like family. My dad felt like a guest in their home, never like a patient. It was a peaceful and loving environment that afforded him and us the opportunity for him to live his final months with dignity and care. We could visit everyday, Kari tended to his spiritual needs, and the whole team loved him; we even hosted Christmas in Spring and a beautiful Father's Day picnic. It was a sad time for us, but Starwood made it better. We could be a family instead of caregivers and were comforted to know that my dad had 24-hour care with skilled and loving people. The home is quiet and the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Starwood made all the difference and we will forever consider them family."

"Starwood Manor puts the SOUL in hospitality! Hands down they are the best Senior Personal Care Home in all of Austin area. If you are looking for a personal one-on-one caring home, look no further. The team at Starwood has a calling for what they do. They are fabulous on communication, providing a warm, cozy, friendly environment and try new methods of care verses giving up. Quality of life is what they strive for on a daily basis, and they do this in a number of different ways. They allow our father and visiting loved ones to go outside and enjoy the sunsets while feeding the deer on the back porch. They provide home cooked meals 3 times a day verses canned and pre-packaged cold meals. They text message us when our loved one is having a good day, and send pictures and videos. Lastly, they care for their residents like they are family and are very organized and personable. We will always have a special place in our hearts for Starwood Manor. And we highly recommend this place! We are truly thankful that our lives crossed paths with all of you!!"

"I have only been here a month so far. I came following major surgery. I needed a lot of help as I couldn't go home and resume my normal life right away. I came here with 4 drains that had to be monitored and emptied regularly, a wound vac, a two and a half ft incision, and a lot of pain. The transition to Starwood Manor was seamless and not at all stressful. And then I had immediate access to skilled nursing from David. It was the perfect fit for me. The care is meticulous. Staff is wonderful. They know what they are doing. It's a very spoiling environment. The food is amazing. My medication orders changed frequently which was confusing, but they took care of all of that for me. They coordinated care with my primary care doctor, my oncologist and my surgeon. I was too overwhelmed to handle all that myself. I could just focus on recovery and rest which has probably been a key factor in being able to recover so fast. They also coordinated home health and a physical therapist to come and work with me here. This is truly a unique combination of personal care home, luxury living and skilled nursing care all rolled into one. I am so thankful and glad to be here. I highly recommend if you want the best care possible!"
